STE/Team Acceleration AAA Wildcats

Our goal at STE is to have every player improve their skills and develop as a complete hockey player during the AAA season as well as being able to participate  in other activities.  STE teams will skate 2/3 days a week with practices being 90 minutes long.  During the season each team will have 40 to 45 hours of practice ice.  STE will skate in April and May and do Acceleration/Dryland training (8-1.5 hour sessions) in part of June and July.  Then start skating again the last week of July to the end of August.  Each team will play in 3 or 4 tournaments during the season.

Which of the following players will have the biggest impact on his new team?
